SpaceHack is an in-person weekend-long space Hackathon powered by Galaxia. Participants can apply with or be put into teams of 3-5 and will choose a space-related prompt on satellite data usage and practical systems to solve.

Teams can be interdisciplinary, but coding experience will be required for each group

What:

Groups of 3-5 will have 2 days to collaborate, solve and pitch a space related problem to be judged

Participants will gain experience with practical space systems and real satellite data

Lunch, coffee and snacks will be provided

Door and podium prizes to be won! (Up to $1000)
During the Hackathon, you'll:

Collaborate and communicate with a team in person

Use critical thinking and problem solving skills

Apply knowledge and experience to the space sector

Pitch and prepare a presentation for a panel of judges
